When the Warriors are at home, they are tough to beat. This sentiment is supported by the fact that they are 26-7 at the Chase Center. But away from their home court, this team is an absolute train wreck, having posted only seven wins in 30 road contests.
The Dubs are 5-0 against the spread when their opponent has allowed more than 100 points in its previous outing. The Lakers gave up 110 points to the Timberwolves.
The two teams we will discuss today are the Phoenix Suns (35-29) and the Dallas Mavericks (33-31). The Suns have the fourth-best record in the always competitive western conference, while the Mavericks are currently in the No. 6 spot.
Philadelphia has the third-best record in the East, but they are coming off a disappointing 133-126 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night. Joel Embiid (35 points), Tyrone Maxey (29 points), and James Harden (27 points) paced the Sixers’ offense. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough as Philly’s defense allowed the Mavericks to convert a season-high 25 3-pointers.
