The Patriots currently own the second overall pick in next year’s draft, and the Steelers just suffered a loss to their offense. Both teams are battling adversity, but their defenses have remained steady. It will feature a matchup between two great defensive coaches, however.
Moore was the biggest beneficiary, with Flacco as the starter. He also benefitted from Amari Cooper leaving with a concussion and could be the number one target this week if Cooper cannot play. Moore caught four of his 12 targets for 83 yards.
The Dallas Cowboys are undefeated at home this season as they welcome the Seattle Seahawks to town on Thursday night. It should be an exciting game between two teams in second place in their division.
Pickett did not throw for a touchdown, but he did not throw an interception and finished with 278 passing yards. He now faces the Cardinals, who allow 26.8 points and 377.9 total yards per game.
The third and final game on Thanksgiving is in Seattle as the 49ers travel north to take on the Seahawks. The Seahawks are one game back from the 49ers for the NFC West division, so they should be highly motivated this Thursday. They have some injuries to overcome, but they will have the “12th man” behind them.
Baker Mayfield struggled a little bit last week against the 49ers, but he was not awful. He plays the Colts this week, which should be an easier matchup.
The Bengals are traveling to Baltimore to take on the Ravens, who have scored 30+ points in four consecutive games. Both teams had their four-game winning streak snapped last week and will look to bounce back on a short week. One has more significant injuries than the other, which may change the outcome of this game.
I mentioned Dobbs last week and finished as the QB3 this week. He has scored 25 fantasy points in three consecutive weeks and could get Justin Jefferson back soon. He plays the Broncos this week on Sunday night, which is a decent matchup.
These teams are connected for better or worse currently. The Bears own the Panthers’ first-round selection in the upcoming draft, which projects as the second overall pick.
