Best NBA Player Props for April 7, 2024

BEST NBA PLAYER PROPS FOR APRIL 7, 2024 – The NBA season is winding down, but that does not mean there is no chance to make some money. Several teams have already clinched playoff berths, but most are still vying for seeding, which could make all the difference in whether they advance or get bounced early.

I will give you a few player props I like this Sunday on a 13-game slate! Also, check out the Godzilla Wins Daily Staff Picks page for other best picks!

Domantas Sabonis Over 14.5 Rebounds -110

At first glance, this may seem like an absurd total for a player’s rebounds. Domantas Sabonis is not your average player, though. He is averaging 13.7 rebounds per game this season and recorded 16 in his lone matchup versus the Nets.

The Nets rank 22nd overall in rebounds allowed per game with 44.4. Sabonis is also averaging 13.9 over his last 10, as the Kings try and increase their seeding.

The Kings are currently the nine-seed in the Western Conference, which means they would be playing the Warriors in the Play-In Tournament with only a few games left. The Kings are 7.5-point favorites in the game and should win, but they are on the third game of the four-game road trip.

It will be the last game on the East Coast before they head to Oklahoma City and warrant a solid effort from Sabonis to pull out a victory against the Nets.

Keyonte George Over 15.5 Points -125

The Utah Jazz are eliminated from the playoffs and will face the Warriors, who are resting a few players on Sunday. Steph Curry (rest) is out, and Andrew Wiggins (ankle) and Jonathan Kuminga (knee) are questionable. The Warriors are playing their eighth game in 13 days and have only won one game without Curry this season.

The Jazz have not played good ball recently, but George could see his minutes rise in this game. They have already ruled out Walker Kessler, John Collins, and Jordan Clarkson. Kris Dunn also has a questionable tag.

In George’s two games against the Warriors this season, he averages 35 minutes and 19 points per game. He has a solid matchup and should see solid minutes in a rotation without Clarkson and possibly Dunn.

Klay Thompson Over 21.5 Points -125

I will be sticking in this same game with another player points prop. Klay Thompson could have to shoulder much of the offensive load with Curry out and Kuminga not having played since March 26.

Thompson has also had two stellar games against this Jazz squad. They rank last in defensive rating (119.5) this season and last in the last 15 games (124.4). They have been playing guys to see what they have in terms of talent for the future, which means good matchups for Thompson.

Klay Thompson averages 30.5 points per game in his two contests against the Jazz this season on 58.5% shooting. He is also making 50% of his threes. The Jazz allow teams to make the most threes per game (14.8) of any team in the league and are dead last in three-point percentage (39.7%) allowed.

Thompson is still a phenomenal shooter when left open, even though his percentage has dipped slightly this season. He should take advantage of this weak matchup, especially with Curry out.
