John’s Pick

The Horned Frogs proved last week they can move the ball on any defense. In a championship game like this, they have no pressure — coming in as a two touchdown underdog.

You can say they get no respect.

All the media Bulldog sycophants: “Georgia this Georgia that, blah blah blah.” Spare me.

Why even play the game if it’s such a foregone conclusion?

TCU is averaging 41 points a game. If they score 35, GA meads nearly 50 to cover. Laying the wood here is a losing proposition. TCU will roll up some yards tonight and look for a back door cover late.

John’s Pick: TCU +13.5

Nate’s Pick

The TCU Horned Frogs are on the heater to end all heaters.

They faced a super-dangerous Michigan offense and stifled them for large portions of the game, particularly on the ground.

Every time Michigan tried to close the gap, they responded with an explosive play to score.

Georgia had trouble containing CJ Stround in their playoff game against Ohio State and Max Duggan could present an even tougher problem with his mobility.

The Horned Frogs break off too many explosive plays offensively to not be, at the very least, a threat to backdoor this.

13 is way too many points here for the red-hot Horned Frogs

Nate’s Pick: TCU +13.5
