John Fredericks: MLB Moneyline Wagers for Friday, June 23rd

JOHN FREDERICKS: MLB MONEYLINE WAGERS FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 23RD – We have bet $100 per game on 281 MLB games against the money line and we are currently down $10 dollars. That’s a lot of action for ten bucks. Yikes.

Frankly, we’d prefer to make some coin, so let’s start tonight!

2023 MLB Godzilla Season Stats

157-124 (-$10)

*Based on all wagers at $100 per game at money or run line odds as specified in DraftKings. Note: If moneyline is -$150, we are laying $150 to win $100, etc.  If we take +$130 and we win, we win $130 for our $100.

DraftKings

Astros (+125) at Dodgers

The Dodgers hate Houston, but the fact is they are not that good this year.

L.A.’s bullpen has struggled this season, while the Astros are 42-16 following an off day in their last 58 games.

Pick: Houston (+125)

Twins At Detroit (+110)

I like this pitching matchup. The Twinkies can’t hit lefties on the road this season, hitting .218 collectively. The Tigers have come to life at the dish, averaging 5.1 runs per game in their last seven games.

Pick: Tigers (+110)

Pirates at Marlins (-180)

Pittsburgh has lost 10 in a row and they look pathetic. Miami is 10 games over .500 and making a playoff run. Pirates are who we thought they were.

Pick: Fish (-180)

Mets at Phillies (-120)

The Mets are a train wreck. Phillies are staying hot and have moved into contention in the N.L. East at two games over .500. Mets are a fade-job.

Pick: Phillies (-120)

Brewers at Cleveland (-135)

Milwaukee is brutal, losing every day and now relegated to second place status in the worst division in baseball. The Guardians are winners of four straight, and playing solid baseball. Add Shane Bieber in the mix and we’re going with Cleveland.

Pick: Cleveland (-135)
