John Fredericks: Best MLB Bets for 4/24

JOHN FREDERICKS: BEST MLB BETS FOR 4/24 – Yessir! Sunday we lit it up again at 4-1, making us 8-2 and plus $510 over the last two days and + 602 for the season! Let’s keep rolling!

Godzilla MLB Record 2023

35-22

+$602 for the Season

*Based on all wagers at $100 per game at money or run line odds as specified in Draft Kings. Note: If money line is -150 we are laying $150 to win $100, etc. If we take +130 and we win, we win $130 for our $100

Houston (+135) at Tampa Bay

The Rays are 14-0 at home. Will they ever lose a game? Sure. Tonight. The Astros come in hot, too after sweeping Atlanta. They are clicking on all cylinders and now Tampa Bay gets a real test.

Remember the Rays have only played one team with a winning record, and lost two of three to Toronto. Rays rookie Taj Bradley has looked good, but now he faces a really good offense. 10 innings does not make a season.

Jose Urquidy goes his signature six innings tonight while keeping Houston in the game. No flare, just strikes and grind. He’s always a solid bet, he never self-destructs.

Pick: Houston +135

Texas (-115) at Reds

The Reds are back to their losing ways. Texas has been steady, I look for them to win this series and we’ll be cashing some coin. Let’s see the Reds win two in a row before I stop fading them. They’ve lost six straight.

Pick: Texas (-115)

White Sox at Toronto (-165)

Look, this White Sox team is underachieving. They’ve lost four in a row and eight of ten. They look totally deflated and lost coming out of St. Pete. They look sick.

The Blue Jays are a solid club and Chris Bassitt in the Rogers Center is tough.

Lance Lynn for Chicago lives and dies with his fastball. The Blue Jays feast on dead-red. Fade Chicago until they turn the corner…if ever.

Pick: Toronto (-165)

Detroit at Milwaukee (-150)

The Tigers are losing every day and not hitting. Losers of four in a row and five of their last six, their little winning boomlet two weeks ago has crashed.

The Brewers were embarrassed yesterday at home by Boston. Revenge time.

Pick: Brewers (-150)

Cards at Giants (+105)

I said I would fade the Giants until they scored at least four runs in two straight games. They did. Now maybe we catch them on a hot streak early. Cards are a .500 team at best.

The Giant’s Alex Cobb is very dominant at home. BTW, why is St. Louis favored in this game? No respect.

Pick: Giants (+105)

Keep it coming my friend I love the insight. On another topic I love your show on real America keep up the great work !!!! I spent most of my younger life in VEGAS in the 70,s 80 ,s 90,s when Vegas was a real town and not a corporate tourist trap!!! I figured out a system for baseball !! A progressive dog system where you bet 1 unit on every dog in every series the dogs that won the first game those series were done , the 1s that lost were then doubled up on for the 2nd game and doubled yet again for the 3rd game the theory being the best win 2/3 the worst win 1/3 and the juice would be your profit!!! Back in the day they had very little Baseball action so the true gamblers had 5cent lines to promote business. Worked like a charm. Of course that was when guys like Benny Binion, Jackie Gaughn, Bill Dark, were around!!! My wife would drop me off and we would start at El Cortez, she would start at Union Plaza, and we would meet up at Binions figure where the best line was on each game and then bet that game at each joint with the best number. Now they take 20 cents and up to 40-50 cents on the lines which steals the value from the theory. I look forward to talking further with you my friend !!!!
